Overview
WithMemory is operated by Reprom Labs LLC (entity formation pending). This policy describes what data we collect and how we handle it. [LEGAL REVIEW]
Information we collect
We collect the following information when you use WithMemory: account email via Google OAuth, display name and avatar from your Google profile, API keys (hashed — never stored in plaintext after first reveal), memories stored on behalf of your end users (treated as customer data), and basic usage metrics such as API call counts and memory counts for plan enforcement.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide the service, authenticate requests, enforce plan quotas, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data. We do not train models on customer data.
Third-party services
WithMemory relies on the following third-party services: Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), Supabase (database and auth), OpenAI (embeddings and extraction LLM calls for the default extraction prompt), and Vercel (marketing site and dashboard hosting). Each of these providers has their own privacy policies that govern their handling of data.
Data retention
Active accounts retain data indefinitely. Deleted accounts have all data removed within 30 days of deletion confirmation. To delete your account, email support@withmemory.dev.
Customer data handling
Memories stored via the API are treated as customer data. We act as a data processor for this content. Customers are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to their end users. [LEGAL REVIEW]
Security
API keys are hashed with SHA-256 and never stored in plaintext. Database connections use TLS. We follow industry best practices but do not currently hold SOC 2 or other formal certifications.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@withmemory.dev. [LEGAL REVIEW]
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users.
