Agreement
By using WithMemory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
WithMemory provides a memory API for AI agents. Service availability is best-effort during alpha. No formal SLA is offered at this time.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and API keys. Notify us immediately at support@withmemory.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use WithMemory to store illegal content, personal data without appropriate consent, or content that violates third-party rights. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or plan quotas.
Plans and payment
The Free tier is free. Paid tiers are billed monthly via [BILLING PROVIDER, pending EIN]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Usage above your plan limit may result in service interruption. [LEGAL REVIEW]
Customer data
You retain all rights to data you store. We act as a data processor. See the Privacy Policy for details on how we handle customer data.
Intellectual property
WithMemory's service, code (where licensed as open source), trademarks, and branding belong to Reprom Labs LLC. Your data belongs to you.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. [LEGAL REVIEW]
